Errors and Indications
Our service team will continuously keep an eye on the performance of the device, we will detect any failure before you do. You can relax and concentrate on your actual business. Still a glance of the system performance is available on ‘Devices’ tab of GI App (mobile app). Play with the GI App, it has most of the information you need.
Few Indications on GI-1 LCD Screen
- ? – indicates system offline
- ^ - indicates system online
- W(15) – indicates system will stay offline for 15 minutes
- Stable ‘|’ – no pending data to upload
- Rotating ‘|’ – upload data in progress
